3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DESIGN PROTECTION
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, CAD designs, custom layouts, digital renderings, shop drawings, and digital geometries, is the exclusive property of Ochoco Cabinet & Door and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.Design Ownership: All custom designs, digital layouts, and shop drawings created by Ochoco Cabinet & Door remain our intellectual property regardless of whether a project is completed. Customers are granted no license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any designs without express written consent and payment of any applicable Design Release Fee.Anti-Scraping: Use of automated systems, bots, scrapers, or software to extract data, images, designs, or content from this Site for any purpose, including but not limited to training artificial intelligence models, creating competing products, or commercial redistribution, is strictly prohibited. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

A binding contract is formed only upon execution of our signed Master Service Agreement.Price Variables: Final pricing depends on actual site measurements, material selection, hardware choices, finish options, project complexity, and current market conditions.
